Who counts as a user?
Every active member of your organization who can create or edit projects takes a seat: the owner, admins and members.
Viewers and clients are free: they see projects and reports without taking a paid seat.
A member added or removed during a billing period is prorated.
The trial, and after
Every new organization starts with a 14-day free trial, with every feature and no credit card.
There is no free plan. If you don't subscribe, the account becomes read-only at the end of the trial: your projects stay viewable and you can still export them to PDF and Excel.
Billing
Monthly ($25 USD per user) or yearly ($250 USD per user, 2 months free).
In US or Canadian dollars, chosen when you create the organization. In Canada, taxes are added based on your province.
Card payment, handled by Stripe. Your invoices and payment method are managed from the billing settings.
Cancellation
Cancel anytime from the billing settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period and you keep access until then. Partial periods are not refunded, unless the law requires it.
Pricing questions
Do I need a credit card for the trial?
No. The trial lasts 14 days, no card needed. You add a payment method only when you subscribe.
What does 30 generations per user mean?
The AI assistant builds or adjusts a template from your description. Each paid user adds 30 generations per month to the organization total.
Can I add or remove users along the way?
Yes, anytime, from your organization settings. The change is prorated for the current period.
Does my data stay mine?
Yes. You keep ownership of your projects, measurements, photos and templates, and you can export them at any time, even after the trial.
