About this template
Walls by system and area, cracks by pattern, length and width, delaminated or blistered areas, moisture readings, flashings, sealant and penetrations.
Guide and sources
The visit before a stucco wall is repaired, on one sheet: cement stucco, one-coat, an acrylic finish or EIFS. The walls: one row per wall or elevation, its system, its size less the openings, the bottom edge's height above the ground and what the client asks (a patch, resurfacing to an architectural break, the whole wall). The foundation's parging is in the masonry repair survey.
The damage: one row per crack or group of cracks (pattern, length, width), per area that is hollow, blistered, broken or stained (length and width, added up by type), and per moisture reading (where, how, the value on the meter's own scale). The details: flashings, sealant joints and penetrations, with their length or count and what is seen.
The hints cite the codes without applying them: Canada and Quebec, NBC 2020 Section 9.28 (the 200 mm above the ground, flashing and caulking, the coats); US, IRC 2021 R703.7 and R703.9 (the weep screed, EIFS above the ground and drained over framing). Sto's repair guides are that maker's practice; a diagnosis is a qualified professional's. No price: the sheet is the measure.
