What you record on site
- Each space: its type, the floor type, length and width (or the area from the plan) and the visits per week
- Restroom fixtures and dispensers, counted by space type
- Periodic work (carpet extraction, strip and refinish, interior glass, high dusting) and how many times a year
- For floors: the service, the coats of finish, the finish condition and a carpet pre-inspection with photos
- For windows: windows and panes on each side of the building, inside and outside, the access and the height
- For pressure washing: flat surfaces, walls and fences, the material, the method and where the wash water goes

No rate comes filled in: production rates, minutes per fixture and product coverage are yours (or the manufacturer's label). Each template's guide cites its sources, and the report for the client shows neither your rates nor your hours.

FAQ
Does MesuPro set my production rates?
No. You enter your own rates (square feet per hour, minutes per fixture). Each template's guide cites published benchmarks to help you choose them, and says which ones are only a rough guide.
Do my rates and hours show on the client report?
No. When you export, choose the client: the internal columns (rates, minutes, hours) are left out. The internal export shows them all.
Feet or meters?
English sheets start in feet and square feet, French sheets in meters and square meters. Each table can switch units.
