Probably. Describe your job to the AI assistant: it builds the form, and you can adjust it yourself in the template editor.

Yes, with the client role, which is free. They see the projects you give them access to, without being able to change or export them.

The app and your data are hosted in Canada. Payment goes through Stripe and the AI assistant through Anthropic, in the United States: the privacy policy lists who processes what.

You do. You can export your projects at any time, even after the trial, and ask for your account and data to be deleted by writing to support.
